You can choose any mobile or fixed national number, except special numbers like premium, shared or international numbers to be your Friends & Family numbers. If you choose other Cell C numbers for your Friends & Family list you will pay the lowest mobile rate in South Africa when you call them - 75c per minute off peak and R1.50 per minute during peak times.
